Purchase conditions

1.- General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  1. These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are established between: on the one hand, Nock Point S.L. and, on the other hand, any user who places an order.
  2. It is an essential requirement that in your registration you provide us with at least a mobile or landline contact phone number and an email address.
  3. The contact methods we will use to send you notifications about your order will mainly be email, although sometimes we may also use the telephone or physical postal address, which you will have previously provided when completing your registration on our website in order to make your purchase.
  4. To place your order, you must be registered on our website. Once registered, you can place your order directly through the website.
  5. Under no circumstances will purchases made (invoiced) from other companies be intended for them to resell the products.
  6. Once you have placed your order, we will send a unique order number to the email address you provided.
  7. Receiving your order, with the Terms and Conditions of service accepted, does not imply acceptance of it by us. We will accept or reject the order at our sole discretion.
  8. If we are unable to accept your order, we will try to contact you by email, phone, or post to explain the reasons.
  9. It is possible that we may be unable to supply the products requested in your order confirmation because the products are no longer manufactured, are currently unavailable, or are impossible for us to obtain through our usual channels. In that case, we will contact you using the methods mentioned above to inform you.
  10. The payment methods accepted by the Nock Point website will be Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, Bizum and PayPal payment.
  11. On very rare occasions, the prices and images displayed on the Nock Point website may contain errors and/or show a price lower than the actual price. If this has happened after we have sent you the order confirmation, we will contact you immediately to issue a new order confirmation with the correct information. If the price is higher, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund of any amount you have already paid using the payment methods accepted by the Nock Point website.
  12. The information contained in our advertising and/or newsletters, which has been provided to you by our sales team, constitutes an invitation to make a deal, and does not constitute a firm offer to supply any Product by Nock Point.
  13. Our online store offers various types of bows, which are considered weapons under Article 3, Section 7.5 of Royal Decree 137/1993 of January 29. Therefore, all purchasers of these items must comply with the requirements established in Article 54.4 of the same legal text and possess a valid sports card or federation license.
  14. Nock Point is not responsible for misuse or damage caused by the use of the items sold. It is important that the buyer carefully check the compatibility of the requested and/or purchased equipment. Likewise, the buyer must comply with all regulations established by the various relevant Federations and Organizations.

2.- Supply of products

  1. Nock Point will supply you with the products indicated in your order confirmation sheet according to the conditions set out in this document.
  2. Any delivery dates that may be provided throughout the process are indicative.
  3. Orders with a delivery address other than the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) may experience a delay in delivery.

3.- Price of the products

  1. The price of the products will be as indicated at the end of the purchase.
  2. The VAT, at the applicable legal rate, will be indicated on your invoice and will be your responsibility.
  3. The corresponding shipping costs specified in the invoice will be borne by the customer.

4.- Payment method

  1. All payments will be made in € (Euros).
  2. If you choose Credit/Debit Card as your payment method, you must provide your credit card details when placing your order. We will charge your card at the time of purchase and will not ship your order until we receive confirmation from the bank. The card must be issued by a bank with an address in Spain (mainland or Balearic Islands). We reserve the right to verify the cardholder's identity by requesting the necessary documentation. The SSL encryption system we use ensures complete security for data transmission over the network. Your data is kept confidential and protected.
  3. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a payment request with the necessary information. Products will not be shipped until payment has been verified by us. If full payment is not received within 4 days of placing your order, it may be cancelled.
  4. The payment request will be sent by the means already mentioned above, although communication will preferably be made through the email address provided in your user account details.
  5. The data you provide will not be used under any circumstances for any purpose other than those specifically mentioned here. It will never be shared with third parties and may only be used by Nock Point to process your purchases. Our secure server guarantees the privacy of the data you transmit to us. This privacy is achieved through the SSL protocol, encrypting the data sent using the RSA encryption system when located in a secure area of ​​your browser. Your browser, working with the secure server, encrypts the data so that if someone else manages to intercept it during transmission, they will not be able to read it because they lack the necessary key. You can verify that your browser is secure by looking for security icons, such as a key or a padlock. You will also notice that the URL changes, starting with https instead of http. Nock Point reserves the right to send you marketing communications to the email address you have provided.

5.- Delivery of the Order.

  1. The date and availability conditions will be as stated above.
  2. The order will be sent to the delivery address shown on your corresponding order form.
  3. Any estimated product service time communicated at the time of placing an order are only estimates and are not linked to specific delivery times.
  4. Any estimated delivery times for products communicated at the time of placing an order are only estimates and not guaranteed. Ownership and risk of loss of purchased products pass to the buyer upon delivery.

If the order is received via transport or delivery agency, the buyer is obligated to check that the contents of the shipment correspond to the requested material in all aspects (quantities, characteristics, qualities, etc.). In the event of detecting any discrepancy or non-conformity relating to the material received, it must be communicated via info@nockpoint.es within 24 hours of delivery of the products.

6. Product Return Policy

  1. If you are not satisfied with any of the products you have purchased through remote delivery (not from a physical store), you may return it and receive a refund of the product price by contacting us within 14 calendar days of the shipment date to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the terms and conditions required and regulated by current legislation. However, you will not be able to return a product and claim a refund outside of this period if it is not in its original packaging, has been used, its seal is broken, it is a personalized product, or it is a special order placed with our suppliers specifically for you.
  2. To return a product you are not satisfied with, purchased via mail or other online channels, please email us at info@nockpoint.es to arrange the return. Before you ship the item back to us, we will provide you with a reference number in the format XXXXXX-xxxxx. This reference number must be clearly visible on the outside of the package. We can only accept returns that include this reference number.
  3. To accept the return of a product, it must be in its original packaging, completely sealed, and without any damage or signs of use.
  4. Nock Point disclaims all responsibility for the products until they are delivered by transport to our warehouses.
  5. In case of return, all shipping costs will always be borne by the customer.
  6. Expenses already incurred will not be refunded (e.g. shipping costs when the order has already been shipped).
  7. The refund will be made through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

7.- Product Warranty

  1. All products purchased from Nock Point are subject to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws. To the extent permitted by law, where applicable, all warranty claims must be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of any standard manufacturer's warranty that may be included with the purchased products. With respect to any existing manufacturer's warranty, any warranty claim must be made directly to the manufacturer or to us. If you are a consumer, this warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights, which remain unaffected by this warranty.
